We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.
In-store pickup is free for all items. Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please note that some items may take longer for transfer from off-site locations or assembly. We will call or email you with detailed instructions once your order is ready for pickup. Unfortunately, internet fraud requires us to apply some strict rules. To pick up, we must see the actual credit card used, plus the owner's license or photo I.D., and at least two forms of documentation such as a utility or cell bill that verifies identity. We will not deliver to anyone other than the credit card owner, except for very small dollar items.
If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before coming to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 30 days or the order will be cancelled and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.
CANCELLED ORDERS & REFUNDS
Before purchasing online, please make sure that you are committed. If you aren't completely ready, just call us to request a HOLD. Don't purchase something just to "lock it up" while you think about it. That causes accounting problems, expense, and prevents another customer from buying the item. Merchants pay a non-refundable service fee on every credit card transaction, including ones that are cancelled minutes after clicking "purchase." Our policy: Cancellation of orders over $1,000 without a valid reason are subject to a 2% deduction from the refund as a restocking fee. Example: Customer buys $2,000 item and cancels the next day. We deduct $40 (2%) from the refund. Net We refund $1960.
Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable. If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us. We will refund the original purchase amount within 30 days of your purchase for items returned in new condition or are defective. Merchandise returned that appears used may be subject to a restocking fee.
Time: You have 30 days from purchase to request a refund.

Product Condition: Product must be new or like new condition in order to return.

And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error.
